My Story

I’m a physiotherapist, and co-owner of a functional gym with my husband. I love the outdoors and exploring God’s creation. I am a new mom to a 6 month old baby girl, and have made the promise to keep on being active and healthy so our daughter can look up to me one day.
I’ve had an interest in sports from a young age. I’ve competed in high level sports, and represented Gauteng Ladies in Touch Rugby at a junior and senior provincial level.
More recently my passion turned to Adventure Racing where I’ve completed numerous 25km and 120km Adventure Races which involves trail running, mountain biking and kayaking.
I am a well-rounded athlete, team player, and mommy who is keen and ready for challenge!
